Arranged chronologically. Complete except for 1985 and 1988. Includes
proceedings, reports, resolutions, directories, and yearbooks and presentations;
not each type of record exists for each year. Proceedings are the most prevalent, included in each year except for the above gap. Reports are the next most represented item.
D. CONVENTION FILES, 1998-2002
Arranged alphabetically by subject and chronologically. Includes
correspondence, and agendas.

correspondence, clippings, notes and subject files. Not all of the
years contain each type of record. Where possible, folders with specific material is noted. This series is concentrated on the tenure of Robert Haynes.
G. SECRETARY-TREASURER'S FILES, 1965-2005
Arranged alphabetically by subject. Includes correspondence, memoranda,
reports, lists, notes, speeches, statements, COPE files and clippings. These are
primarily the files of Robert Haynes, who served as secretary from
1986 to 1998. Any materials from other Secretary-Treasures generally originate from Haynes.
H. EDUCATION COMMITTEE, 1949-2007
Arranged alphabetically by subject. Consists of correspondence,
memoranda, test packets, clippings, reports. Material from the Annual Scholarship program can be found here.
